With reference to recent strikes and conflicts in France we may wonder if a further integration of EU would lead to better stabilization or in contrary even escalate number of conflicts ? We may argue that the US is a better harmonised model, but they share more or less the same history. So, will we ever be able to develop a fully integrated States of Europe or do we need a major external threat that will bring countries and cultures together ?
