Request reason:

I am deeply sorry for vandalizing Wikipedia with my hoax bridge articles back in March 2015. I am also deeply sorry for creating so many sockpuppet accounts. I created those articles mainly as a joke, before I knew Wikipedia even had policies and guidelines. When Bbb23 blocked I Love Bridges without warning, I got very upset because of Wikpedia's slogan "The Free Encyclopedia that Anyone Can Edit". I demanded an explanation, which reviewing administrator OhNoitsJamie. didn't give me. My talk page access was revoked by OhNoitsJamie just because I said that one of her comments was offensive, which is not a personal attack. I really think that Huon and Mike V has been a really big help in making me aware of what I was doing. Even though I did lie to the community for a long period of time, I have had a change of heart. I would like to edit Wikipedia (without my broken robot) constructively. I would like it if you or someone else would kindly unblock one of my accounts or the IP rangeblock that is also affecting my entire neighborhod. If you unblock an account, I would prefer it to be Wiki you now, Wiki you later! because I have the most positive contributions on that account. I don't buy it for a second. You have engaged in a pattern of intentional harm to the project coupled with extended periods of deceptive practices. You seem to be just saying what we want to hear, but you have never indicated with your actions that you want to actually help the project.
