Ngphungductoan, thank you for pointing this out. There are two problems with your edits you made on the article in question. 1. self-published works are generally considered as unreliable source. 2. Any editor who fails to disclose their paid editing or have direct or indirect affiliation with the topic are subject to conflict of interest. Please have a look at how to disclose a "conflict of interest and WP:PAID for more details. You need to refere more experienced editors or discus the issue on the article's talk page. Thank you. Ghulam Haider (composer)

@TheBirdsShedTears: ...Hi, hope you didn't assume that I wasn't aware of Wikipedia guidelines about using titles like 'Master' or 'Ustad', after so many years of my editing on Wikipedia? I won't revert you back. Besides my thinking is that it's not very productive or positive use of our time (all of us editors) to be reverting each other's work without first discussing it. Just a wish or thought on my part, that you could've first tried to ask me a question on my Talk page as to why I chose to make an EXCEPTION in Ghulam Haider's case? The title used to be 'Ghulam Haider (composer)' in the past, I'm sure both of us are well aware of that! Also I'm sure you saw under the article's 'View history' tab that it was a brief and short article some years ago before I did a lot of research and looking to do a major expansion on it. So why did I choose to make an exception in this case? It was due to his well-deserved reputation as a true trailblazer and a pioneer that brought a historical change in music industry of British India after the 'Silent movies era', recognized by music critics and music historians all over British India, then India and later Pakistan. We are certainly not talking about a run-of-the-mill music composer here. Mainly I did it with masses of people from the Indian subcontinent in mind...that when they use any search engine or even Wikipedia serarch box, what name will come to their mind? Master Ghulam Haider or Ghulam Haider....especially for many generations now, masses of people and almost all news media have been calling him Master Ghulam Haider to DISTINGUISH him from millions of Ghulam Haiders walking around today or in the past. In addition, I saw Wikipedia showing some flexibility in rare cases like his. Wikipedia does not have a harsh and rigid policy in rare cases like this, as I understand it. Best Regards Ngrewal1 (talk) 15:45, 6 July 2020 (UTC)

Ngrewal1I have already mentioned in my edit summary "you're welcome to add corresponding honorific to the infobox". Search engines are smart enough to show the same page if we google the subject in question. I first tried to rename the page back to its original title, but as you might be aware that standard editors "with no page move" rights can't rename page(s) if the title already existed. Therefore, i reverted your edit to bypass the error. Secondly, newspapers are free to write anything. They are not limited to neutrality. At least, we are humans here. Thank you and happy editing. TheBirdsShedTears (talk) 16:00, 6 July 2020 (UTC)
@TheBirdsShedTears: What do you mean by "we are human here" on Wikipedia? I'm sure you don't mean the journalists in Pakistan or anywhere else in the world that write for newspapers are not human? I think it's best that I try my best to take your first revert in good humor and I already said I won't revert you back this time. I am not convinced though, knowing what I know about Wikipedia and even consulting with others on Wikipedia, that you had no other option available to you but to do a revert. Please try to make a good faith effort to discuss things before reverting me next time especially when I have never reverted you. In fact, I thought I was following up on some of your edits on articles and tried to do whatever I could to add related templates to some of them just to further improve them. Let's move on and forget about it? Best Regards Ngrewal1 (talk) 03:05, 7 July 2020 (UTC)
Ngrewal1, I think you have an underlying misunderstanding about my edit and reply to your previous comment. I never meant that newspaper articles are written by "bots". What i mean is that if newspapers use honorific for a subject, "we should not use them in article's title, "at least we're humans here who are able to distinguish the subject with a newspaper article", and also if you don't agree with my assessment, please feel free to undo my edit. Thank you and happy editing. TheBirdsShedTears (talk) 03:14, 7 July 2020 (UTC)
TheBirdsShedTears Now that you have further explained it. I agree with you and I sincerely wish you the best here on Wikipedia. Ngrewal1 (talk) 14:07, 7 July 2020 (UTC)

A tag has been placed on Category:Writers from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the category has been empty for seven days or more and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.

Autopatrolled granted

Hi TheBirdsShedTears, I just wanted to let you know that I have added the "autopatrolled" permission to your account, as you have created numerous, valid articles. This feature will have no effect on your editing, and is simply intended to reduce the workload on new page patrollers. For more information on the autopatrolled right, see Wikipedia:Autopatrolled. However, you should consider adding relevant wikiproject talk-page templates, stub-tags and categories to new articles that you create if you aren't already in the habit of doing so, since your articles will no longer be systematically checked by other editors (User:Evad37/rater and User:SD0001/StubSorter.js are useful scripts which can help). Feel free to leave me a message if you have any questions. Happy editing! Chetsford (talk) 21:29, 7 July 2020 (UTC)

A pleasant surprise

I was using Wikipedia search box today as a routine, the name Feroz Nizami popped up. So I checked it and I was pleasantly surprised to see that you had created the article recently. I was getting ready myself to create it soon, but you beat me to it !!! Thank you so much Ngrewal1 (talk) 21:46, 8 July 2020 (UTC)

Nice work! Please make sure every paragraph has a citation. I couldn't verify in the given source that he was made director in June 2018, but the rest of the article seems good.

A query regarding creating a page.

Hii, I created a draft for a page few days ago but it hasn't been approved yet. So I want to ask how many days does it take for a page to be approved. Thanks Ariabellzz (talk) 09:42, 19 July 2020 (UTC)

Hi, Ariabellzz, your draft has not been submitted for review. To submit your draft, please add {{subst:submit | Ariabellzz}} at the top of your draft. It may take upto 3 to 6 months or less. For any help, please visit Help desk for future references. Thanks TheBirdsShedTears (talk) 11:16, 19 July 2020 (UTC)
Before you submit your draft, please provide reliable sources. See WP:VERIFY, WP:RELIABILITY, and WP:NOTE. Also see other articles to check how editors use inline citations. Thanks TheBirdsShedTears (talk) 11:24, 19 July 2020 (UTC)

Thanks, I think it worked now. Ariabellzz (talk) 12:36, 19 July 2020 (UTC)

July 2020

Hello, I have removed the speedy tag at Draft:James Horvath (pastor). I do not think it qualifies as misuse as webhost. It is a valid, if not very good, attempt at creating a bio article although notability may not (yet) be established. As such, it is not outside Wikipedia's remit... webhost would more likely refer to article like auto-bio type content in the user page, or more promotional content. I will offer you a belated welcome to AfC; you will see many drafts of a similar standard to this one which are good faith attempts at article creation by relatively new users. If you think they are not suitable for mainspace then please just decline them in the normal way. Cheers. Eagleash (talk) 18:13, 25 July 2020 (UTC)

Eagleash I apologize, i didn't read the whole draft. The draft in question is significantly notable. TheBirdsShedTears (talk) 18:18, 25 July 2020 (UTC)
