Kaleem Usmani

HI @TheBirdsShedTears. I was going through your articles and noticed Kaleem Usmani. It is mentioned there that "He was related to the family of Shabbir Ahmad Usmani" but the fact is uncited. Could you look for a reference and link it to Usmani family of Deoband. This article has already appeared on Main Page under the DYK section. Thanks. ─ The Aafī (talk) 17:17, 11 July 2022 (UTC)

Although I added a citation but I'm looking for more. What was his exact relation with this family? If you come across anything, please ping me. I'm just curious to know if this article comes under the focus of DCW or not? Thanks. ─ The Aafī (talk) 17:32, 11 July 2022 (UTC)

Why did you draftify The One (M.I.A. song)?

Your concern for draftify-ing The One (M.I.A. song) is odd. You did it since "only a small portion of text should be placed inside blockquotes, but it's 80% text is placed in blockquotes and thus violates our copyright policy". This was a large issue with the article, but isn't grounds for deletion / removing an article from mainspace. The easier thing to do would be to remove the text, and request a WP:REVDEL if you believe it was a WP:CV. Draftify-ing the article seems a drastic measure, since it passes WP:GNG (assuming BrooklynVegan is reliable), and has charted. Regardless, Ss112 and I have reduced the quote's size. — PerfectSoundWhatever (t; c) 21:20, 11 July 2022 (UTC)
