NYCS page changes.[edit]

If possible could you stop eliminating information from the NYCS articles concerning the lines. Users including myself think that this information should be kept. If you disagree please use the talk pages. --Kew Gardens 613 (talk) 00:30, 24 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent editing history shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you get reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 100.12.206.17 (talk) 20:35, 26 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 48 hours for edit warring. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.

During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.

At 14th Street – Eighth Avenue (New York City Subway). Per a complaint at WP:AN3. Thank you, EdJohnston (talk) 15:15, 27 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

EdJohnston you bitch why didn't you block kew gardens he also went past the 3 revert fucking rule god man

you freaking hypocrites

i'm going to keep on reverting you freaking goddamn hypocrites until you guys are blue in the faces i don't give two cents damn

Your block can be lifted if you will agree to wait for consensus for any future edits. You are correct that the edits of User:Kew Gardens 613 also raise concerns. Thanks, EdJohnston (talk) 06:28, 29 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

EdJohnston i want my fucking account back this instance because someone reverted my edits at the 4 train article due to two nearly identical photos even though the b and l train articles have that too and also because of that fucking kew gardens and everyone else who won't listen to me and change the edits back to the way they were i explain quite clearly so give me my fucking account back so i can teach the person who reverted the 4 train image a good lesson

there's nothing wrong with the 4 train image that was reverted because the b and l train articles also have two identical photos too and i explain why to vochen and there's nothing wrong with the edits that was reverted at the 14 street 8 avenue article you guys are just being complete dickheads and hypocritical retards at best

I am sorry, about the edit war. I tried to talk to you on your talk page, but you did not respond. I will take any edit ban if it is necessary. I am sorry. --Kew Gardens 613 (talk) 12:46, 29 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Manchoman: lots of swearing, and a promise to teach someone a lesson. This doesn't make a good unblock request. Any chance you can do better? EdJohnston (talk) 14:26, 29 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
You were mentioned at User talk:Kew Gardens 613#Excitable user who works on subway articles with a view to a future block of your account. Any assurance from you that will avoid personal attacks would be welcome. If you want to keep using your 'fucking account' on Wikipedia you can't keep on abusing others. The 'complete dickheads and hypocritical retards' will probably complain. Thanks, EdJohnston (talk) 18:55, 31 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

This block may be lifted if you promise to cease personal attacks. You'll have to drop the word 'stubborn' from your vocabulary, in addition to 'dickhead,' 'retards' etc. as listed above. Thank you, EdJohnston (talk) 21:15, 31 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

EdJohnston, i'm sorry for going overboard and i promise to cease the personal attacks and continue talking things out, please i'm sorry, all i want to do is help out please i'm sorry i don't want to be blocked anymore please man please
Unblocked. Last chance. And please sign your posts, and indent properly. EdJohnston (talk) 21:20, 31 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

are you really gonna fucking block me all because i said bubble, map, rice, chicken? what the fuck is good with you my dude

i already fucking apologize and yet you still block me? what the fuck bruh

Bbb23 answer me dumb dumb

Please note that I have extended your block to 1 month for further personal attacks (as noted above) as well as what appears to be block evasion and personal attacks under an IP. I must inform you that continuing with personal attacks or block evasion will likely lead to an extended block of your account (3-6 months), if not an indefinite block.
