Orphaned non-free media (File:My Own Worst Enemy.jpg)[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:My Own Worst Enemy.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:23, 24 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked[edit]

I've blocked you for one week for persistent uploading of images that you do not own the copyright of. Please read WP:IUP, WP:IMAGE, and WP:FAIRUSE. If you continue to upload images without explicit permissions then you will be indefinitely blocked. If you wish to contest this block, please use the {{unblock|YOUR REASON HERE}} template. Thank you. ScarianCall me Pat! 07:18, 22 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I'm so sorry. I didn't realise you hadn't uploaded anything in a long while. I'm real sorry mate. But to be on the safe side, remember to read the above policies though. And remember to remove any old talk page messages to reduce confusion. See WP:ARCHIVE. If you have any questions or want to complain about me, see WP:ANI. Again, I do apologise, friend. March 2009[edit]

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Please don't forget to provide an edit summary, as you forgot on your recent edit to Oasis (band). Thank you. ScarianCall me Pat! 17:07, 19 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

McCartney[edit]

There are 4 links on the McCartney page that refer to "Macca." One doesn't even refer to McCartney by name. Newspapers and music magazines often refer to Macca in their headlines. So how is this not a recognized nickname/alias for Paul? Thanks! NjtoTX (talk) 23:33, 22 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
