Dear @Yamla,

I apologize for my "messing about". I am trying to understand Wikipedia's policies so that after 6 months, an administrator can review my ban in accordance with WP:Standard Offer , and I might be allowed back. I understand I messed up. I vandalized Wikipedia. There, I said it. However, I deeply regret my actions, which is why I created a new account to "Start Over." On this new account (@I Love Pets 12), I reverted the vandalism I had once caused. You can look through my 90+ edits on @I Love Pets 12, in which I reverted and warned users vandalizing. I then was banned on that account, because I block evaded. I did not know that was a thing until I read WP: Block evasion. I understand, now, that I was wrong. Am wrong. Yet I am asking for a second chance. I believe that my 90+ vandal reverts show that I can be trusted not to vandalize again. If I were to be unblocked, I understand I would be on a tight leash. I won't be reviewing your block. Your actions over at User talk:I Love Pets 12 showed pretty clearly that you should not be unblocked so I firmly oppose anyone lifting the block. Again, your best bet is to take advantage of WP:SO. Six months with zero edits, then write an unblock request that addresses your blatant vandalism, bad-faith attempts to mislead, and block evasion.
