- Basically, what everyone wants to know is: Have you used a previous account? Several edits you have made, including the custom signature, the DISPLAYTITLE modifications to your userpage, moving MfDs around whilst they are in progress, and simply creating an MfD in your first 20 edits, are not the sort of edits that are expected from a new user, and suggest some previous level of experience with an account (not merely an IP).
