- The user must request unblocking themself; as they cannot edit their talk page (due to past transgressions), they should send an email to unblock-en-l@lists.wikimedia.org, stating their user name, and explaining why they should be unblocked. Chzz ► 22:48, 7 October 2009 (UTC)
