Front page picture of a flooded trailer park on the east side of the Chattahoochee River taken from the West Point bridge January 1975. It was on a Friday, I think, the next day it was front page news. It was my mobile home, being pulled by a single axle truck, being pulled by a wrecker, being pulled by a 4x4 Chevy blazer, being pulled by a 3 wheel ATV, being pulled by my 3 horse's. In a flooded mobile home trailer park on the Georgia side, one block south of the West Point Bridge. Traffic on the bridge was stopped because of all the spectators. It took several hours to finally get it out of the flooded park and a very loud cheer from everyone watching, just before the river crested. I have lost my picture and I'm hoping someone can help me recover that front page article Thedoctorsharley (talk) 03:06, 30 October 2017 (UTC)
