The article Lewis Harman has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- No significant coverage in independent reliable sources. Junior cricketers are almost always not notable until they play senior cricket at List-A, first class or Twenty20 level, even if they play at national junior level.
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. The-Pope (talk) 10:19, 27 August 2012 (UTC)

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. The-Pope (talk) 12:23, 27 August 2012 (UTC)
Cricketer notability
[edit]Please note that cricketers who have played under-16 level are not notable and do not qualify for inclusion on wikipedia per the cricket biography guidelines outlined here. Cricketers who have played first-class, List A or Twenty20 cricket are deemed notable, so if and when Lewis Harman plays any of those formats, then he can have an article. Until then, stand-alone age group cricket appearances do not deem a player notable in cricketing terms. Howzat?Out!Out!Out! (talk) 16:08, 27 August 2012 (UTC)
