So you're from Long Creek, eh? Nice little community there. I've done some work around and near that area, and it is a lovely community. I didn't realize there was a traffic light there. I thought that there were only two in the county, one blinking one in Mt. Vernon and the actual traffic light in John Day. Shows how often I get around, eh? --SuperAnonymous 09:06, 16 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hey thanks for formatting that image for me--I'm new to the world of Wikipedia (at least, as far as editing). I will fix that because you're right, it's actually a blinking stop light. :-) But yah--used to live there...nice little place if you don't mind being 90 miles from Wal*Mart ;-) Thepresident022 09:28, 16 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Can you explain why you undid my edits to that article? Thanks. Katr67 01:10, 4 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

(edit conflict) Hi Thepresident022. I noticed you made this edit to Long Creek, Oregon which reverted the edit made by Katr67. I expect Katr67's intent was to eliminate items unsuitable for an encyclopedia article. The bulk of the edit was to remove this:

I'm all too familiar with the feeling one gets when my hard work is deleted, and I sympathize. However, I agree with Katr67's edit: the present of two churches, a cafe, gas station and a grocery isn't notable. Perhaps, instead, you can add some history of the town, why it is there, and why it continues to be there. Have any notable people come from Long Creek? Was something invented there? If I were to visit Long Creek, what are the "must see" sites? A photo or two would be welcome too. Thanks. —EncMstr 01:30, 4 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Just thought more information is better than less--my bad I guess...Thepresident022
