I regret to say that I felt it necessary to remove the material you added. These are interesting ideas and well explained, but I doubt they have received enough attention to warrant even a brief mention in our article -- and at the very most no more than a brief mention would be justified. Note that this is a Featured Article, Wikipedia's highest rating for article quality, and therefore we feel a special need to maintain it in a clean and encyclopedic state.
Given that the material you wrote can be attributed to publications in reputable academic sources, it might well be possible for you to create a freestanding article called Large-scale brain network theory of depression, or something similar. It might then be reasonable to put a brief mention of the idea into our article with a wikilink to your article. Regards, Looie496 (talk) 22:32, 9 April 2013 (UTC)
