Welcome!

Hello, Thuston94, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, your edit to Rent regulation does not conform to Wikipedia's Neutral Point of View policy (NPOV). Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media.

There's a page about the NPOV policy that has tips on how to effectively write about disparate points of view without compromising the NPOV status of the article as a whole. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{Help me}} on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

How does X work?[edit]

Your question. Thuston94 (talk) 03:28, 15 August 2014 (UTC) Could someone explain why my edit was rejected as violated NPOV on Rent Regulation. I cited a literature review showing how the majority of economics studies on rent control have a negative effect economically. I also edited a previous statement that I felt was too bold considering the majority of economists do not support rent control. To me, the article itself there was a bit too skewed in one direction.Thuston94 (talk) 03:28, 15 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The discussion is at Talk:Rent regulation/Archives/2014#POV. State your case there, and seek consensus with the other editors in that discussion, then edit the article with the consensus view that comes out of that. --Dennis Bratland (talk) 03:38, 15 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
