Notes to self (or other interested editors :)[edit]

  • Must integrate the radio broadcasts section above the published works listing in prose
  • Add a bit on the Nakba and his death (his work in Cyprus in 1947 deciphering early Islamic inscriptions)
  • Some prose expanding on his travelogues might be nice Tiamuttalk 20:58, 30 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • There are lots of mentions in the Palestine Post, such as advertisements for his books, radio schedules, announcements of talks he will give. Also material such as book reviews written by him. (Search for "Stephan Hanna Stephan", "Stephen H Stephan", and "St H Stephan".) I presume that the Arabic and Hebrew press has more. I'm not sure what is suitable for the article as it is about specific events rather than overviews. Zerotalk 11:30, 1 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Dead Sea scrolls[edit]

According to this 1949 account, St H Stephan was one of the first to assess the Dead Sea scrolls and pronounced them worthless! Zerotalk 11:01, 3 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
