Hello. I've created a subpage User:Timber98/Nigel Hart and would appreciate feedback on it.

Thanks.

See my edits to the draft. Please contact me on my talk page if you need more help.
Thanks for the message. One option would be to post a message at the New contributors' help page and ask for review. – ukexpat (talk) 20:30, 21 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Moving

[edit]

Thanks for the message. Two options: First, I can do it for you; or, second, you can do it yourself by clicking on the "Move" tab while you are on the user subpage. Clear the "To new title:" box and type in there the exact title you want to move it to (make sure spelling and caps are correct), in this case Nigel Hart, fill in the reason for the move in the box below (something like "moving from user sub-page to mainspace"), check that all looks OK and then click the "Move page" button. If the move succeeds you should see a move confirmation page. The original subpage will now contain a redirect to the article in mainspace - you should blank that page and add the {{db-G7}} template. This will alert an admin that you want the sub-page to be completely deleted and they will do that for you. So, let me know how you want to proceed and we can get this rolling! – ukexpat (talk) 17:31, 25 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No problem, let me know if you have any problems.Congrats - you did it! – ukexpat (talk) 17:53, 25 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Actually you didn't do it quite right. You did the move OK, but instead of putting the G7 on the user page, you put it on the article page (probably because the user page redirected to the article page). I undid that and put the G7 on the sub-page. I have also asked User:J.delanoy ‎ to remove the warning.  – ukexpat (talk) 18:09, 25 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your help. Timber98 (talk) 14:28, 26 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

November 2008

[edit]
Actually the user made an error when trying to G7 the user subpage that was the source of the article, so warning unwarranted. – ukexpat (talk) 18:01, 25 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for the clarification. Sorry about the error. I'm not sure what I did but things seem to be correct.Timber98 (talk) 18:04, 25 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No, you were correct. I was wrong to revert you. Usually, my tool tells me if I try to revert an edit by the page creator :/ In any case, I'm sorry for not paying attention. J.delanoygabsadds 18:09, 25 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

That is okay. Thank you. Timber98 (talk) 18:11, 25 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
