PFF awards

[edit]

Pro football focus awards are awarded based on their grading system. Because of that we do not include Pro Football Focus awards. With Rookie of the Year, as well as most awards, the consensus is to only include from major selectors, AP, PFWA, SN, etc. PFF is not considered a major selector. There might be some articles with that award listed, but that doesn't necessarily make it right. Basically, the rookie awards listed at National Football League Rookie of the Year Award are acceptable to include the infobox.--Rockchalk717 01:28, 22 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

thanks for the Heads up im just starting to do this. can you tell me how to add a picture?

No problem. You can do it here WP:FUW.--Rockchalk717 01:54, 22 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

After I upload how do I move it to the place I want?

So if I wanted to upload a file named John Smith cropped.jpg, I add: [[File:John Smith cropped.jpg]] to the place in the article I want the photo, and make sure you include the brackets. If you want to resize just add a "|(insert number here)px" after the file name. You can also align it right or left with "|right" as well.--Rockchalk717 05:23, 22 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
The only exception to the brackets is if you're adding to the infobox, you don't need the brackets.--Rockchalk717 05:25, 22 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

do me a favor and go to Bryan Callahans Wikipedia and tell me what I’m doing wrong because it’s not adding a picture thanks and who dey

Check out Wikipedia:Images for a tutorial. Dawnseeker2000 14:36, 23 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
You were missing the "File:" part in the brackets, however there is no image uploaded with that name, unless it got deleted. You can't just upload any image from the internet due to copyright issues. It has to be a photo that you own the rights to or it has to be in the public domain.--Rockchalk717 19:10, 23 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

whats public domain? Tims8037 (talk) 19:55, 23 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Simplest definition I can give you is no real copyright exists for it, which is hard to find for living people.--Rockchalk717 20:37, 23 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hey man! I know I’ve talk to you before I was trying to figure out how to put a picture up. I was thinking about putting one where he’s holding the Lamar trophy but I can’t figure out how to put any picture up for Zac Taylor Tims8037 (talk) 20:38, 2 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Stefon Diggs

[edit]

Please do not remove notes on pages just to do what they say not to do. Additionally, do not edit his page reflecting the trade until the Bills or Texans announce. This is a long standing Wikipedia policy and failure to abide by this policy can and will result in a block.--Rockchalk717 17:27, 3 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

i changed it 2 hours after the trade was made, i didnt remove notes that i know of im note sure why your begin so rude right now Tims8037 (talk) 18:43, 3 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Not a single word of that is true. You removed the note here and here. Both of those were made an hour before the trade was announced by the Bills. Nothing I said was rude. Don't mistake bluntness and straightforwardness as rudeness.--Rockchalk717 23:11, 3 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
im sorry difmt remember deleting anything It wasnt on purpose. 2nd i put it up 3 hours after the announcement. Tims8037 (talk) 03:48, 4 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
