Thanks for uploading Image:280px-Chippewa county, MI 1904.png. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.

Upper Peninsula War[edit]

I have attached a proposed deletion tag to this article because there was not a single relevant hit on Google, Epaphroditus Ransom was not hanged, and many of the references listed are not at all applicable to the article. If you disagree with this, take the tag off and add your reasoning and proof that such a war exists on the talk page of the article, or at least on my talk page. If you fail to do so but still take off the tag, I will nominate it for Articles for Deletion. --queso man 23:14, 8 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

AfD nomination of Upper Peninsula War[edit]

An editor has nominated Upper Peninsula War, an article on which you have worked or that you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not"). Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Upper Peninsula War and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. Angela Strassheim[edit]

A tag has been placed on Angela Strassheim, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you feel that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. --Android Mouse Bot 2 17:54, 13 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I don't feel like coming up with a subject[edit]

Tjpoechel: I'm a big fan of the "Upper Peninsular War" article, but I did notice that the word "secede" is mispelled as "succeed" on your userpage. Steveo2 11:20, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hello[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia! You have an excelent imagination & sense of humour, and I do know that the Uncyclopedia project desperately needs literate people. I'm sure they would also welcome your fine contributions. I am glad to see you know your way around, and look forward to further input from you. So basically yeah, welcome to the community.

Hey, if you still contribute to Wikipedia and use this login, then I would like to say that someone needs to clean up Uncyclopedia, some of they pages are O.K, but others are disturbing, I would want to know if you would be thw person to make Uncyclopedia excellent, because if you could do this, you could surely make articles on Uncyclopedia funny Series premiere (remake) (talk) 04:39, 14 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

hey[edit]

Wish I had as much time on my hands as you, creating that page Upper_Peninsula_War looks so convincing.

My page Reverse graffiti Still hasn't been spotted though.

That's because reverse graffiti isn't a hoax. See Talk:Reverse graffiti. Guy Macon 15:25, 26 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

User:Hanger65/Upper Peninsula War[edit]

An editor has asked for a deletion review of the speedy deletion of User:Hanger65/Upper Peninsula War. Since you created User:Hanger65/Upper Peninsula War, you might want to participate in the deletion review. -- Jreferee (Talk) 03:04, 5 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi[edit]

I was wondering, is the Upper Peninsula War a real event. I mean, your article looks so factual, yet everyone says it is a hoax. --216.27.123.44 (talk) 22:13, 22 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

File:Big06.gif needs authorship information[edit]

Dear uploader:

The media file you uploaded as File:Big06.gif appears to be missing information as to its authorship (and or source), or if you did provide such information, it is confusing for others trying to make use of the image.

It would be appreciated if you would consider updating the file description page, to make the authorship of the media clearer.

Although some images may not need author information in obvious cases, (such where an applicable source is provided), authorship information aids users of the image, and helps ensure that appropriate credit is given (a requirement of some licenses).

  • If you created this media yourself, please consider explicitly including your user name, for which: {{subst:usernameexpand|Tjproechel}} will produce an appropriate expansion,
    or use the {{own}} template.
  • If this is an old image, for which the authorship is unknown or impossible to determine, please indicate this on the file description page.
If you have any questions please see Help:File page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 11:06, 3 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
