Welcome![edit]

Hello, Tkgoins5, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Shalor and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Mike Bell[edit]

Regarding your question on Shalor's talk page about Mike Bell (politician), the reason you can't find much material, is because there isn't much material out there. You can try these links, to see if any of them will help you:

{{find sources notice|Mike Bell |politician |search2=Mike Bell||search2_2=Tennessee |search3=Mike Bell||search3_2=Senator |search4=Mike Bell||search4_2=TN||search4_3=Assembly |search5=Mike Bell |search5_2=Republican }}

If your class assignment requires a certain amount of text or content to be added, this is maybe not the right article for that. You might check with the instructor for the course, and see if they can give you an alternate assignment. Good luck, Mathglot (talk) 11:21, 28 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • Mathglot is correct - if there's not much out there, it may be better to pick a different person. However here are some things that you could add: committee assignments, notable bills they voted for, and a bit more information about the elections they participated in. Ballotpedia is a good reference for things like that. Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 15:58, 29 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
