Speedy deletion of Promises Treatment Centers
[edit]A tag has been placed on Promises Treatment Centers, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read our the guidelines on spam as well as the Wikipedia:Business' FAQ for more information.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. AfD nomination of Conrad Murray
[edit]An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is Conrad Murray. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").
Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Conrad Murray. Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).
You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.
Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:41, 29 July 2009 (UTC)
Michael Myers
[edit]I reverted your edits to the Michael Myers article, from the point of removing "angelic face" onward (everything else I kept). Given that another editor pulled the "angelic face" stuff from a DVD commentary, it would be best to discuss whether or not he was truly joking. Second, I put the Tony Moran stuff back in, as just because someone is discussed in detail does not mean that it's a "publicity piece" for him. If there is a lot to discuss, then there is a lot to discuss. The image you removed is also free, and given the wave of text in the article, it's existence is not detrimental and helps to break up the prose. If you still disagree with the inclusion of something, then I encourage you to go to the article talk page so that it can be discussed, per WP:BRD. Thanks. Your hell's kitchen edits
[edit]Hello. That site was removed more specifically because references to that site were spam-blasted across multiple articles on WP for no supporting reason shown other than to get linked up. As such, that site (and/or editors promoting that site) are more likely to be flagged as spammy-spam-spam rather than treated as a legit, non-biased, 3rd-party source that meets WP sourcing guidelines. If this was not your intent in promoting the site in the manner it was done, then apologies - but that's how all those edits came across... and if not noticed by me, would have been noticed by others. And yes, non-established sites are often looked at as being of questionable ref anyway. SpikeJones (talk) 12:29, 25 September 2009 (UTC)

HK6
[edit]No worries. Once we get the DL item sorted out, we can move onto fixing the other HK articles. SpikeJones (talk) 02:29, 26 October 2009 (UTC)
- It's very clear cut. Either they have established notability outside of the program, or they haven't. If their only notability is having been on the program (contestant or winner), then the redirect to the main program page is enough. SpikeJones (talk) 22:01, 26 October 2009 (UTC)
- If you've moved the appropriate content, then be bold and do the redirect yourself. SpikeJones (talk) 22:29, 27 October 2009 (UTC)
