Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Gibraltarian is a clear judgement on the unacceptability of your behaviour, by elected officials in good standing. The ban was proper, well justified and acceptable to the community at large. It was imposed after careful consideration and after you were given the right of reply. The accusations of racism constitute personal attacks which would be another reason to block you from editing. This block is unjustified as the original ban was most improper, unjustifiable, and unacceptable. It was only imposed on the whims of a racist user Ecemaml, while the racist was allowed to peddle his poison with impunity. The original ban was unjustifiable and wrong, therefore any subsequent one based upon it is also wrong.

NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!

You reply is unacceptable. It was NOT a mere accusation of racism, it was a FACT. How can it be that I be banned for calling a racist a racist, but the racist himself can peddle his poison with impunity?? RACISM MUST END. SUPPORT FOR, AND CAPITUALTION TO RACISTS MUST END. There was no "due consideration" merely a capitulation to the views of a racist. This was, and remains, unacceptable. The original ban was most improper, improperly carried out, and my right of reply was constantly vandalised with impunity by the racist user.

This CANNOT AND WILL NOT end here. My ban was NOT acceptable, nor justifiable, and MUST be rescinded. NOW.
