Images

[edit]

Hi, Tonipares. I'm not sure what images were you talking about specifically (much less in ca.wikipedia - I don't work there, someone mus have imported/modiefied them). I only know that a map I uploaded to en.wikipedia was first modified and then transfered to commons anc now I can't rescue the old version, that in some aspects was better.

Commons is maybe nice for images that have no text. But most of my maps do, and it's usually in English. These are surely best in en.wikipedia image repository than being transfered to commons without their history (and hence deleted in en.wikipedia for reason of duplication, and hence maybe lost a important history as happened with my maps of Prehistoric Europe).

Btw, why don't you export them to the Catalan Wikipedia? Or better create a Catalan language version of them? --Sugaar 05:55, 25 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I understand perfectly that you may not have the time, though you did a good work with that one of the counties of the Marca Hispanica (sadly I strongly disagree with the original, specifically in the western part: never read about any county of Sanguesa nor see any reason to place western Basques as separated from Pamplona. In fact, until c. 832 there was no realm of Pamplona much less any sort of Frankish organization other than the Duchy of Vasconia, whose Frankish-ness was continuously disputed, even in the height of Charlemagne's reign - see Duchy of Vasconia. Additionally "Jaca" was known as Aragon).
Anyhow, would make such works for other Wikipedias, I would naturally start with the eu one, that is much needed of material. --Sugaar 19:23, 26 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

PNH

[edit]

Thanks for your message. I had indeed planned to include that study, especially because it flatly contradicts earlier claims of benefit for warfarin in PNH with larger clones. My Catalan is not great, so I'm afraid I won't be able to make much use of your good work otherwise. JFW | T@lk 19:56, 13 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
