Response to comment left on Ernestvoice

[edit]

I have left a brief explanation on the Edit Summary of my changes as well as a full description on the Talk Page. Please note that this is not anything against you personally, against or for Betamax or the content you are trying to add. The guidelines stated by Wikipedia are clear when it comes to adding the results of research or investigation that you have done. Please review them fully and you will see what I mean. I do not wish to see this turn into an edit war, so if you are going to add your content, you must find valid references to back up your statements. In addition, you have not added a valid reference to any of the content under the fraud category. References to web forums and even to Wikipedia are not considered valid due to the volatile nature of their content. Please see the topic on the Betamax discussion page for more details on External Links.

Also, Please sign your comments with four tilde's (~~~~) as this will allow others to see who wrote the last comment. -- ErnestVoice (User) (Talk) 13:22, 31 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Changes made to Betamax

[edit]

Please do not add comments within articles such as the on Betamax (VoIP company). If you have a comment about the article content, please leave them on the discussion page. Thanks -- ErnestVoice (User) (Talk) 19:20, 16 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You didn't change much, you still added in all of the content that was deleted because of WP:OR. I have left this in but have flagged it as such. Please only remove these tags if you can provide proper 3rd party references to verify their weight -- ErnestVoice (User) (Talk) 15:16, 29 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Moved discussion to Betamax Talk since it is article related. -- ErnestVoice (User) (Talk) 17:14, 30 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits

[edit]

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 08:38, 30 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from User talk:Topken. When removing text, please specify a reason in the edit summary and discuss edits that are likely to be controversial on the article's talk page. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the text has been restored, as you can see from the page history. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. The main reason this was reverted is that there are articles that reference portions of your talk page, what you can do, instead of delete, is archive your page on a sub page of this talk page ErnestVoice (User) (Talk) 16:31, 2 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
