Images

I'm sorry but who on earth laid down the law that only two images should be left??. Golfinger has three images as does Dr No etc etc. If you must rmeove another then take out the bond and karim bey image - we must keep the images of klebb, nash and romanova. ♦ Sir Blofeld ♦ "Expecting you?" If needs be we could add a free image of the mosque and at a last resort remove the Romanova image. But the images of Klebb and Nash are crucial. I strongly believe that the full Bond articles are best with three. Many featured articles on films have as many fair use images. Glad to have you aboard with Bond too - as you can tell by my name I'm a bit if a Bond fan! I have taken the image of romanova out - but I have added a free image of the mosque. It looks about right now I think - the locations needs writing into wording though like I did to World is not enough. Wow editing I am actually happy with! I wrote long plot long ago and have gradually been cutting it down but other people who have tried to reduce it have removed vital paragraphs and information and it has been reverted. But we now have all the most important details of the plot and it is more concise. Good job but don't cut the plot any further. Oh his edit count on the films are going crazy!! On Octopussy I had to revert part of his idea of a plot for Octopussy which said something like "Govinda was scared on the roof of the plane in mid air". Not all his edits are bad but its very difficult to keep track of and have had to remove his deletions on entire gadget sections and paragtaphs of text. I've tried to prompt him to start discussing I'll wait to see what he has to say. Its like he's trying to take over eveything ignoring any ideas that anyone has -this shows a lack of respect. Well he has managed to merge some information into the article which is something although removing the gadgets section is annoying but he has still come up with several comments that are very poor indeed - "From Russia With Love is the film every Bond film strives to be"? -rubbish. Of course every film wants the acclaim and success of it but does he really think when they were making Moonraker they wanted to copy the film exactly??!!!! Maybe he means well but the fact he isn't responding and persists on making alteration when their are objections by several people makes me think otherwise ♦ Sir Blofeld ♦ "Expecting you?" Oh for God's Sake man - why has Mr Vikram merged Mary Goodnight into an article named List of Bond Girls in The Man with the Golden Gun which has only her!!! Ahhh! Your user page
If you remove </div> from the end of the page, when new users add a new section (by pressing the plus) (like I have) it adds a new section underneath the table. By getting rid of the </div> it still works but when a new message arrives it won't go under the table. Yet it still works. SpecialWindler talk 21:28, 29 July 2007 (UTC)
It would be hard to prove if they are the same and I don't think they are.
Vesper Lynd should still redirect to that page. Because List of Bond girls in Casino Royale has Vesper Lynds history. You can't just copy and paste articles across, you can only move them. I've requested this at Wikipedia:Requested Moves, but the adminstrotor requires that this is the general view of Wikipedia public. He has posted a comment on the WikiProject James Bond's talk page, which if you could support moving them back would be appreciated.
While we can ask User:Vikrant Phadkay to leave our project, it's not going to stop him editing articles. While he has made some contreversal moves, he also contributes. But I quite agree, something has to happen. SpecialWindler talk 01:53, 29 July 2007 (UTC)
This is getting ridiculous. I haven't even looked at a Bond film article today - I do get tired of them - i usually check on them every two weeks or so and do some editing and improvmenet but with Vikrant I can't rest in peace!!!!! What is his problem? Trivia. Hahahaha! Has he not evne watched any of the official Bond documentaries like Bond Cocktail etc etc. Everybody -I mean everybody involved in Bond film history and franchise - experts alway asserts how vital an ingredient Q's gadgets and vehicles were in every Bond film. Yes i've sectioned it. But remember though although Vehicles is not trivia if the articles are to reach GA status - information in the form of bulltet points in a trivial format is frowned on. Hmm I don't know about that image it looks different to the car in the film. The problem is that some of Vikrants editing is OK and he can't really be branded a vandal officially (however way off much of his editing is) -this makes it very difficult to block him. ♦ Sir Blofeld ♦ "Expecting you?" What frustrates me about the "Lists" of Bond girls is that they aren't lists at all -way off in fact. Many of the merges are for one character which is beyond a stub. Now can see any legitiamcy is moving Vesper Lynd to List of Bond girls in Casino Royale?? Kate Mulgrew pics
Hi. Noticed you removed the pics I had placed on the Kate Mulgrew article. The pictures are properly license-tagged (as far as I can tell) and are utilized in the article only to demonstrate the characters discussed. Granted, the character discussions need to be expanded a bit, but I'm not sure how these violated WP:FU and WP:NFCC. Oh yes that - well I thought it was a shame that the long cast (of notable actors) was strictly shortened after someone had bothered to add it. I wouldn't really suggest this for all the Bond films but this film has a huge cast and as you said before of major actors. I'd like to see though more details given to the minor cast as in the main cast format. I hope it can qualify then for an article page.

I see Vikrant has proposed this for a GA. Well for me the article is missing vital ingredients. Vehicles
Yes he has also done the same with Octopussy . I dont know about you but I like the Vehicles/gadgets section. I dn't mind some of his merging work but he seems to have it imprinted in his mind that vehicles and gadgets are "trivia" and are strictly forbidden. Collaboration
I have re-written the rules of the collaboration, to incorporate all views and opinions. This means that Casino Royale (67) will still be up for nomination for the next collaboration. However a new rule allows the nominator (in this case, you) to remove the nomination. This means you can remove Casino Royale (which you tried to do) if you don't want it collaborated on.
