Your contributed article, Bernadette Taylor (EastEnders)
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, Bernadette Taylor (EastEnders). First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – List of EastEnders characters (2017). Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at List of EastEnders characters (2017). If you have new information to add, you might want to discuss it at the article's talk page.
If you think the article you created should remain separate, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. StartOkayStop (talk) 05:28, 10 September 2023 (UTC)

[edit]Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give a page a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into another page with a different name. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.
In most cases for registered users, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Requests for history merge. Thank you. Disambiguation link notification for October 1
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited List of EastEnders characters (2021), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page George Knight. [edit]Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Aunt Sal, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. – Meena • 18:15, 15 November 2023 (UTC)
List of EastEnders characters (2024) moved to draftspace
[edit]Thanks for your contributions to List of EastEnders characters (2024). Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability and As written it is not ready for mainspace. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. // Timothy :: talk 04:30, 19 November 2023 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Carter family (EastEnders)
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Carter family (EastEnders) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Carter family (EastEnders). When a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after a discussion, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". [edit]Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit(s) you made to Goldie McQueen, did not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use your sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Please stop removing redirects and copying information from list entries. This does not make a Wikipedia article. This is disruptive and your efforts are causing problems for the articles under the banner of WP:SOAPS. Please refrain from any further such editing. Rain the 1 20:33, 2 December 2023 (UTC)
Please refrain from adding, removing or changing genres, as you did to Sally St. Claire, without providing a source or establishing a consensus on the article's talk page first. Genre changes to suit your own point of view are considered disruptive. Related to numerous articles linked to Hollyoaks, adding original research / unsourced information such as episode numbers to info boxes. This behaviour is concerning since I never saw the consensus for the mass addition of episode numbers. Rain the 1 20:44, 2 December 2023 (UTC)
Please stop your disruptive editing.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant noticeboards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Freddie Slater (EastEnders), you may be blocked from editing. You have previously been reminded to not carry on creating these articles until you have learned more about writing about fiction, in a sandbox to start. Please refrain from any more splitting list entries off into articles without establishing notability. This editing is considered disruptive. Rain the 1 16:54, 3 December 2023 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Carter family (EastEnders). Please stop now recreating articles that have been discussed recently at AFD. Rain the 1 23:24, 8 December 2023 (UTC)
There is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Thank you. Rain the 1 21:54, 19 December 2023 (UTC)
