Thanks for posting the material on Minsh. Unfortunately, it comes straight from his web site and is copyright. We cannot use copyright material. It wouild be great if you could re-write the material in your own words, but the material that's there is a clear violation of copyright. Guettarda 14:20, 20 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

It was written by Todd Gulick and myself, for the website, and so I figured I could repost my own material?

It depends - do the two of you won the copyright, or is it owned by the website? If you are in a position to release it under the GFDL, you need to get in touch with User:Angela - you'll need to be able to verify your identity to her somehow. (She's on the Wikipedia board). You can either go to her Talk page and post a note their and see what she says, or you can email her (on the left side of the page there is a link that says "E-mail this user").
That said, I'm glad you're here at Wikipedia. You might want to check out the Wikipedia:Caribbean Wikipedians' notice board. It isn't as active as I would like it to be, but at least it's a way of finding other people from the region. Guettarda 14:45, 20 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]
