I tried to send message to administrator but Wikipedia now shows that i am not be able to edit and create new article. I had meet all the required thing of the Men's Room Reloaded article. that post hasn't violate any rule. i do have mention all the sources of article.

I am not able to understand, why are not you allowing me to create that article? i am wondering about that fact that it is a social group doing great about the society. thats why i create that artice to show the fact of that group. there is not any advertisement in that article.

That article was badly sourced and unduly promotional. Phrases such as "Many eyebrows were raised" have no place on Wikipedia, and the vast majority of the content was not based on reliable sources, which generally do not cover Men's Room Reloaded in any appreciable detail.
