Information icon Hello, I'm MusikAnimal. I wanted to let you know that some of your recent contributions to Wayne Rooney have been reverted or removed because they could be seen to be defamatory or libellous. Take a look at our welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. MusikAnimal talk 19:14, 18 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

So what exactly was the problem with the Wayne Rooney edit? You need to speak to me in English, not template. Tucksquill (talk) 19:51, 18 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not create pages that attack, threaten, or disparage their subject. Attack pages and files are not tolerated by Wikipedia and are speedily deleted. Users who create or add such material may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Thank you. Amaury (talk) 19:25, 18 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Such as which one? Speak in English only, not template. Tucksquill (talk) 19:52, 18 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Greetings, why did you remove Sharp's Brewery from this list? The source given both supports the inclusion and appears reliable. Jo-Jo Eumerus (talk) 19:56, 18 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to User:Amaury/CSD log with this edit, you may be blocked from editing. Amaury (talk) 19:57, 18 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Right, you keep your hands off my articles, I don't touch yours. Deal or no deal, makes no difference to me as that is your only option. Tucksquill (talk) 19:58, 18 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for continued vandalism, despite earlier final warning (see talk page edit history). If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.   —SMALLJIM  20:02, 18 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

This is a false block. What exactly has been vandalized and where is the problem? I was incorrectly warned on so many things and I can explain myself for each of them. No vandalism was intended and if anybody suspects continued vandalism, may he or she run past my whole list of contribs in this past week and you will see early testing (testing only) followed by copy edits. So, where was the problem today?

Decline reason:

If you don't understand why this edit is problematic, then it's clear that you shouldn't be editing Wikipedia. I looked at the past warnings you deleted and there was nothing incorrect about them. OhNoitsJamie Talk 20:26, 18 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

Ah, that one. I think the problem there is that is was C-O-M-P-L-E-T-E-L-Y MISUNDERSTOOD. I was stating that Rooney is famously (with reliable sources) "joked about" for his level of intelligence and so forth. I was not implyng that he is in any way bad, it is the JOKES that are filtering in newspapers and magazines etc. But "Shrek" is a nickname even that has been used in headlines. I guess I should have phrased my wording differently, but take note that I never re-insterted it, or made any edits that can be deemed "similar". In the meantime I know that Wayne Rooney is protected precisely because of REAL vandalism, and my ability to have edited the page was because of a privilige that was granted to me automatically. I am showing I am aware of this, and apart from that, if any other edit I make is problematic, I am willing to discuss it with the editor to oppose it. I created my user page because I wanted a blue link, didn't like red. I was just about to blank what I wrote but User:Vanaramo got there before me and I had an edit conflict.

Decline reason:

I'm willing to consider making this a temporary vs. indefinite block, given that you have made some constructive edits. I note that you've made a lot of "test" edits, as recently as this one. Do you (1) agree to stop making further test edits, even if you intend to revert them and (2) familiarize yourself with our WP:BLP policy, which your edit to Wayne Rooney violated among other things?
