Morning! This anglo-american high-cultural beliberdah at the linked pages is too much to understand for non-elitist ppl. Plz somebody make a favor - say in plain Estonian (well, or in English), as to a under-educated robot, what should be improved with this article, a), b) and c). "WP:SIGCOV" has too many subtopics for occasional visitors to orient btw these.
To explain my initial (and seemingly naive) idea - to have information on certain Estonian cryptologists available at English Wikipedia as it currently is on Estonian one.
