I don't know if any of you guys heard of it (and probably never heard of it) but I want to talk about a ROM for Super Mario 64 called sm64.z64. It's actually a good horror ROM for those who like scary SM64 ROMs. WARNING: Spoilers. Go play the ROM before looking at this. It starts with the title screen. It doesn't have the "It's-a me, Mario!" but nothing. There's also a notable difference in the song for the start, and the words "Super Mario 64" are in a low quality font similar to the logo of SM64. When you load the game, there are some things missing, which are the trees, Lakitu's dialogue, and more. When you enter the castle, there's only 1 door, which leads to the painting for Bomb-Omb Battlefields. This is when things seem off. There's a textbox that says "Objective: Collect the star." Note that there's no entities in said level. No King Bomb-Omb, no Chain Chomp, no annoying balls that roll down the mountain, nothing. When you collect the star, there's what I think is a debug menu with the words "SOMETHING CHANGED" on the top of it.
