Proposed deletion of E-Learn Magazine

[edit]

The article E-Learn Magazine has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable magazine. No indications that this magazine merits inclusion.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Moodlerooms

[edit]

I've taken the opportunity to clean up your entry on Moodlerooms. The most significant problems was your use of Wikipedia pages at citations. We don't do that here at Wikipedia, primarily because Wikipedia, as the "encyclopedia anyone can edit", cannot actually be relied on to contain true information at any given point in time. We try our best to keep Wikipedia as a good source of information, but we rely on the reliable sources contained within Wikipedia articles rather than on the articles themselves. Unfortunately, that left your article with only a single citation, and that to the company's own website, so we are left without any independent verification that Moodlerooms is a significant company that even merits inclusion at Wikipedia. I hope you can address this issue by finding some independent sources to verify the information in the article. And while you're at it, perhaps tone it down so it doesn't sound so much like an ad for the company. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 12:57, 11 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

You've made many of the same mistakes on Nivel Siete. Please take a moment to read the articles I've linked so as to not make the same mistakes in the future. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 14:12, 11 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of NetSpot Pty Ltd

[edit]

Hello TylerStike,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged NetSpot Pty Ltd for deletion, because it seems to be promotional, rather than an encyclopedia article.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Nadair5 (talk) 14:08, 11 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Conflict of interest

[edit]

Based on your contributions, you appear to be editing articles only related to Blackboard, Inc. and its subsidiaries. And you appear to be editing in a promotional manner. I would point you to Wikipedia's conflict of interest policy, and specifically to Wikipedia's policy regarding paid editing. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 14:15, 11 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Nivel Siete, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. A tag has been placed on NetSpot Pty requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
