Your recent edits

Information icon Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 13:07, 17 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia username policy

[edit]

Could you please take a look at the Wikipedia:Username policy, and in particular the section entitled 'Usernames implying shared use'. As your username appears to be in contravention of this policy, it would be advisable to change it to something that made it clear that you are an individual, rather than representing the MoD - only individuals can hold Wikipedia accounts. See Wikipedia:Changing username for how to go about this. AndyTheGrump (talk) 18:22, 22 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The account seems to have been created in response to a request about the copyright status on the Lee Rigby image. As long as the account is not editing the text of the article, it is OK for the time being.--♦IanMacM♦ (talk to me) 18:27, 22 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
