[edit]Hi. My name is Eysteinn and I come from Iceland. I'm a huge fan of the movie Hostel. The problem is, they use a lot of different language and don't translate any of it. Since you are from Czech republic, I thought I might ask if you can translate any of the following audio files that I have created. I made my best guess acording to the plot on what language it is. If you could fill in the gaps that you can, that would be greatly appreceated. I will then post it on the wikiquote for the film so that others may enjoy your hard work. I recomend that you turn your speaker up. Preferebly have a pair of headsets.

- So, I have translated what I can. Sometimes I didn't know how to say it in English so I wrote (???). Sometimes I wrote something in parenthesis - it means that I'm not sure it is right. Maybe you should ask someone else from Russia (or maybe also from Slovakia and Czechia). Also you could ask somebody as Hexagon1 who knows Czech and English wery well so as to translate some more vulgar expressions I can't. - UP3 13:52, 7 April 2007 (UTC)
- A minor fix of the English translations, but didn't open any audio files except the ones where the language was unsure to identify it. You'll need a Slovak speaker to transcribe the Slovak, Czech speakers can only translate it. And no, the swear words were translated just fine. :) +Hexagon1 (t) 09:19, 8 April 2007 (UTC)
- Yeah, thanks. Actually that 'zítra stejně jak dřív' isn't proverb, just lyricists often write songs to seem like it. I have translated all I can. - UP3 13:17, 9 April 2007 (UTC)
