Good job so far.

I would suggest adding source information to your Works Cited section as you go along. For instance, in the "International production and taste" you cite Christina and Mel. Good job. Before moving on, add the source information to the Works Cited section for these two references. And continue to do the same as you move forward. If you don't understand what I mean, just ask me in class and I'll show you.

  1. Find the best link to info about Sid Cook. Then add that link to your external links section. Ditto for applewood.
  2. “The cheese is considered to be a true American Original cheese, having gained popularity among consumers worldwide with its light and enhanced sweet smoky flavor” This sentence from your first paragraph needs a citation.
