Request reason:

Greetings, Septrillion and Bbb23, UbuntuForum here, long time-dev and contributor to Ubuntu, Debian and open-source. Firstly, let me assure you am not a sockpuppet, I do not know any of the other commentators on the John D Bernard page. However, full disclosure, I did work with John Bernard in the past so apologies if have broken any rulings am unaware of, was not intentional. John did a lot to raise the profile of open-source and volunteer/Community efforts outside of his job so my 2 cents is that there are a lot of Community members from Mozilla and Ubuntu who may have contributed. A lot of what he did to set up hackathons and Community building you won't find online on links. Sorry for the long note but want to fully participate in this error on my part. If someone messed with my GitHub I'd write back. Finishing off my volunteer work with DuckDuckGo and Brave now, so will look to contribute more fully and wholesomely to Wikipedia soon.

Decline reason:

Declined. All of the accounts are  Confirmed and there isn't much to believe here. It looks like you. Also, you aren't very convincing about Ubuntu. I see three devices for you and none have GNU/Linux-based operating systems, let alone Ubuntu. I see the darkside.
 — Berean Hunter (talk) 23:14, 2 May 2018 (UTC) Block notices must remain so I have restored this. Additionally, a new sock Yyaalfor111 is  Technically indistinguishable to this account.[reply]

If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Sockpuppet investigation[edit]

Hi. An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Ubuntuforum, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.
