The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Economics of Lord Mahavira until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article. Redtigerxyz Talk 11:21, 30 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

"There is a book called economics of Mahavira by Acharya Mahaprajna on which the whole essay seems based. No other discussion by independent scholarly sources on the issue". The article is considered notable only if there is wide coverage by third party references. --Redtigerxyz Talk 15:54, 2 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
It seems like a good academic paper/essay topic, but notability is questionable. The whole article seems to rely directly/indirectly on Mahaprajna's book on the subject. Please add the reasons why the article should not be deleted on Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Economics of Lord Mahavira, rather than my talk as it will a community decision to delete, not my decision alone. Thanks. --Redtigerxyz Talk 13:33, 6 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
