Ali Ibrahim Ugas a kenyan-Somali Political Activist born on 14th September 1987 at a local health centre in Rhamu division of Mandera District to a former Administration Police Officer turned Provincial Administrator under the Office of the President Snr. Chief Ibrahim U. Gedi and Halima Hassan Mohummed, grand daughter of the late Murulle Ugas and a colonial collaborator Ugas Aden Hirsi.

Born and brought up in Mandera, Ali went to Rhamu D.E.B for his primary school and Later joined The Sheikh Ali High school and transfered to Arabia Boys.

A student of Mass Media and Communication, Ugas jnr is an active commentator of both local and national politics. He was among the pioneer infamous jubilee party bloggers who are known for bulldozing the anti-government activists and online vigilante campaigns for the ruling party JP kenya.

Ugas served as the Acting Executive Director for Party of Development and Reform, a party owned by senior jubilee politician and an affiliate party to jubilee.

Ugas was among the 7 national Youth leaders who were nominated to campaign for UhuRuto17. Ali Ibrahim Ugas is among the few voice of reason from Northern kenya who actively and objectively engage the government.

Son of a provincial administrator, Ugas schooled at Kamor Primary school, Joined the prestigious Sheikh Ali High school and later transfered to Arabia Boys school.

Ugas enroled for post secondary studies at the university of Nairobi. Holds a diploma in Public relation and later on persued undergraduate degree in Mass Media and Communications from Mount Kenya university.

A vocal and opinionated person, Ugas has became a role model for many youth on engaging leaders objectively on social media.
