A tag has been placed on NOW (European music group) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. If this is the first page that you have created, then you should read the guide to writing your first article.

If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Eeekster (talk) 12:55, 4 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Unreferenced BLPs[edit]

Hello UlfKjell! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 876 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:

Arild Kristo was an offbeat but major artist in photography, graphic design and filmmaking. His works hangs on walls in MOMA, have been national and internationally funded, been shown/exhibited all over the world. His production is not so big, but always held a unique quality. --UlfKjell (talk) 16:30, 13 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Manité was during the 1960's a European force in photography. They had integrity, were unique, well renowned, reflected different styles, and even commercially successful. Very few photographic collectives beats that. Films, books and exhibitions has covered their works. --UlfKjell (talk) 16:26, 13 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of Robert A. Robinson[edit]

Hello UlfKjell,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Robert A. Robinson for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly indicate why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions.

SamHolt6 (talk) 15:32, 13 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hello SamHolt, Before adding Robert A. Robinson I checked the Wikipedia register for US and European photographers. I suppose that doing unique projects should count. Also not work that you are hired to do. Or the glamour factor. Bob Robinson is unique, has taking a lot of own initiatives, have formed a couple of art groups and exhibition areas, bur has a very low glamour factor. He belongs in the U.S. and European files over photography as an art form. --UlfKjell (talk) 16:27, 13 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Kowalski (rockband) moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, Kowalski (rockband), does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Whispering(t) 15:05, 14 December 2018 (UTC) Thank you for the remarks. I'll do my best to find the Kowalski material from the 80's. --UlfKjell (talk) 06:47, 15 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Elena Alice Fossi requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band or musician that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 12:02, 21 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article Britain's Psychic Challenge has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Doesn't meet WP:NOTABILITY.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Boleyn (talk) 15:49, 4 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Dear Wikipedia/Bolyen - Britain's Psychic Challenge is the original Tv-series. Since you have published the American Psychic Challenge - version, I find it odd that you reject the original.
