March 2007[edit]

Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia! You recently added an external link to an internet forum in Full House. It has been removed because the link pointed to a non-encyclopedic source. Please refer to Wikipedia's policy on external links for more information.

Regarding edits to Full House[edit]

Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia, Umreel! However, your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove spam from Wikipedia. If you were trying to insert a good link, please accept my creator's apologies, but note that the link you added, matching rule invisionfree\.com, is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. Please read Wikipedia's external links policy for more information. If the link was to an image, please read Wikipedia's image tutorial on how to use a more appropriate method to insert the image into an article. If your link was intended to promote a site you own, are affiliated with, or will make money from inclusion in Wikipedia, please note that inserting spam into Wikipedia is against policy. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! Shadowbot 14:32, 21 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding inappropriate links to Wikipedia. It is considered spamming and will be removed. Thanks. Shadowbot 14:45, 21 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

August 2007[edit]

Please stop. If you continue to blank out (or delete portions of) page content, templates or other materials from Wikipedia, as you did to Hummingbird, you will be blocked from editing. -XxKibaxX Talk 18:45, 5 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Image copyright problem with Image:Morning Glory Sunspots.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Morning Glory Sunspots.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by STBotI. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 15:57, 8 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on File:Ripen Seed Pod.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused redundant copy (all pixels the same or scaled down) of an image in the same file format, which is on Wikipedia (not on Commons), and all inward links have been updated.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. ww2censor (talk) 21:28, 29 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

October 2009[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. The recent edit you made to the page Ipomoea hederifolia has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, please ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thank you. Yes really, please stop. I don't know what you're trying to accomplish there and at the Morning Glory Sunspots set of pages, but cut'n'pasting one page's contents to another is against policy. If you are trying to rename the page, please follow WP:RM to avoid making a further mess. Using edit summaries will also help you communicate your intentions rather than having your edits look like vandalism. DMacks (talk) 22:01, 12 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
