Anyways, you have to pick an image copyright tag from those listed behind that link and then put it on the actual image page, that is Image:Normal 200710160851.jpg. As for the article itself, I really wish you had listened to me when I told you to create it on a subpage rather than as an article just yet. Now it's up for deletion again. You may want to participate in the discussion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Tessa West. I've patched the article up a bit, but serious problems remain that you can see listed in the cleanup notice at the top of the article itself, and on the talk page where I answered (I'm assuming) your post there.
