Hello! Welcome to Wikipedia. My name is Howicus, I've been an editor here for a while. I was also the person who nominated your article for deletion, and I thought I'd give a more thorough explanation as to why. See, every Wikipedia article needs reliable, independent sources such as newspapers or magazines to show that the subject of the article is notable. The question is not whether Cherry Wallis exists, but whether or not she qualifies for a Wikipedia article. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and only covers subjects that have been written about in reliable, independent sources. Hope this explanation helps.
