Hello, UziOz. I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, David Strossmayer, for deletion because it's a biography of a living person that lacks references. If you don't want David Strossmayer to be deleted, please add a reference to the article.

If you don't understand this message, you can leave a note on my talk page.

Thanks, ubiquity (talk) 02:11, 27 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

@Hi Ubiquity,

Since your message there is quite a lot I did such as approaching CO-OP, finding myself a mentor, made User Page and Sandbox and soon I will make from that page a Master piece. Just letting you know so that you don't delete it by mistakeת as I don't know for a procedure once it has been deleted how difficult it is to make it again? @Hello XLinkBot,

Can you plz freeze my page about David Strossmayer, so that it doesn't appear in Wikipedia and neither in search engines, as long as I don't complete that page in my sandbox with my Co-Op mentor DocTree? I have in my sandbox everything I need, so it is not necessary to move anything from the page itself! Thnx in advance! @Hello XLinkBot,

Plz seee my previous message to you about freezing my page David Strossmayer as NUL and VOID since I made huge progress with the page, which I took from my sandbox, and I am about to complete the draft which will satisfy me by the end of tomorrow.(I am in zone GMT +2)After having the draft upon my complete satisfaction there will be just small work for my Co-Op mentor DocTree to do since I understand that he is very busy working on the many pages at the same time. Information icon Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to David Strossmayer. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. Co-op mentorship[edit]

Hi, UziOz. I'm DocTree and I am here to help you. Your English skills are good but I think that English is not your native language. Writing articles on the English Wikipedia may be difficult but not impossible.

Most editors write articles in their sandbox before putting them into the main part of Wikipedia. To see my sandbox, click HERE. I write more than one article at the same time. Sometimes I have only an idea with notes. Sometimes the my draft article is more complete like User:Doctree/sandbox/Cordelia Stanwood. I finished Muriel Mussells Seyfert this weekend and asked an administrator to delete the old page.

To start your sandbox, click Make my sandbox. If you approve, I will move the David Strossmayer article to your sandbox so you can learn how to write an article for the English Wikipedia. When the article is good, then you can move it back to the main part of Wikipedia.

Reply here on your talk page. Put a colon (:) in front of each paragraph of your reply to indent. Sign with four tildes. I will write again tomorrow because the time is late here and I am going to sleep now. Take care, DocTree (ʞlɐʇ·ʇuoɔ) WER 01:31, 30 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

@Hello DocTree,

Thnx for your prompt response! You are right about my English, as it's not my native language. My mother tongues are Croatian/Serbian, second language is Hebrew and only the third is English. Your idea about my sandbox is great, and as a matter of fact that was something I had intention to ask you, if there is any way to freeze my page until is finished, and later on put it on the Net. So the name of the game is sandbox :-) I tried to make my sandbox but for whatever reason it might be didn't succeed to make it through? I'll try again and if not will you be kind to make it on my behalf. Also I agree with you to put my page David Strossmayer into that sandbox and we'll take it from there. The sample I wish to achieve is more or less standard biography page as page of Sarah Silverman!Time zone I live in is GMT +2 hrs so let me know your time zone that we co-ordinate the correspondence. Thnx in advance 4 UR kind assistance! The most sincerely Uzi Oz-Pharaoh עוזי אוז-UziOz (talk) 20:00, 30 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

@Hi DocTree,

I like very much the page of Cordelia Stanwood since this is certain Wikipedia standard I'd like to achieve! Looking fw to it! Sincerely, Uzi Oz-Pharaoh עוזי אוז- UziOz (talk) 20:16, 30 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

@Hello DocTree,

The reason I couldn't make the sandbox is because I didn't create the User page:UziOz (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:UziOz) which I created now with a help of the manual/template as well as the simple parameters. So right now I am going to make my sandbox and we'll see. Cheers m8! Uzi Oz-Pharaoh עוזי אוז - UziOz (talk) 20:44, 30 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

@Hello DocTree,

Last message from me (for today :-)) I made my own sandbox and moved everything I have about David Strossmayer page, including the necessary links, so there is no need any longer for that page to exist in Wikipedia and search engines, as long as we don't create the master piece from the sandbox material. What do I need to do? Write to some Wikie-Admin to freeze that page or delete it content? Plz advice! Sincerely Uzi Oz-Pharaoh עוזי אוז - UziOz (talk) 21:29, 30 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi DocTree,

@Hi DocTree,

As you will see in my sandbox (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:UziOz/sandbox) I have been working hard on my page "David Strossmayer" and you will be proud of me. Watch article from the beginning,including the "Army Service", up to the beginning of the "Formal education in Architecture"! I'm curious to heard from you how it look like now? Learn about Wikipedia (and answer your qeustion)[edit]

If you did not read Wikipedia's Five Pillars, please read them now. All Wikipedia rules and guidelines are based on the Five Pillars. Do not worry about not understanding some words like gazetteer. When you need to know the meaning, learn then..

You may ask that the David Strossmayer page be deleted with a template {{db-g7}}. Click on that template to read the full description. To use it, copy what is below and paste it at the very top of the David Strossmayer page:

{{db-g7|rationale=I now ask that this page be deleted. I understand that I should not try to develop a new page in the main part of Wikipedia. I copied the content to my sandbos and I am getting help to make an article in proper format with proper references.}}

An administrator will read the note and will choose to either delete the article quickly or wait until Friday. You can see the other reasons for speedy deletion at WP:SPEEDY.

Before you start work on your article, look at some articles about architects. Zvi Hecker is a WP:GA, a good article. We Wikipedians want to develop as many articles as possible to the level of Good article or WP:FA, featured article. All of the article quality grades are described at WP:Version_1.0_Editorial_Team/Assessment#Grades. What are the grades of these articles about architects: David Kroyanker, Velimir Neidhardt and Ada Karmi-Melamede? (look in the article talk pages)

Look at the wikicode used in those articles. Double equal signs (=) on each side of words makes a section heading. Triple equal signs make a secondary heading. Don't use apostrophes.

Your goal should be to write your articles to at least grade Start before the article is moved to the main part of Wikipedia. I recommend that you remove all of the triple-apostrophe (that make text bold) and 5-apostrophes (that make bold italics) except for the first line of the lead paragraph. Reading and changing the text will be easier without all the bold. Use two = on each side of headings and three = on each side of sub-headings and see how it looks.

Now something different. I see that you like to sign your posts with Uzi Oz-Pharaoh עוזי אוז. Click on Preferences at the very top of the monitor screen and scroll down to Signature. Put Uzi Oz-Pharaoh עוזי אוז into the Signature box. Do not click in "Treat the above as wiki markup" (unless you want to learn more wiki markup and do something special). Scroll down to the bottom and save the page. Now when you sign with four tildes ( ~~~~ ), the signature that you prefer will automatically be placed.

While you are in Preferences, click on the Gadgets tab. On that page, check the "Reference Tooltips" at the bottom of the Browsing section. At the bottom of the Editing section, make sure that "Charinsert" and "refToolbar" are checked. Last, below Appearance, check Add a "Sandbox" link to the personal toolbar area. I think you will find those tools useful.

Last for tonight (it's late here), consider adding to your userpage. You didn't have to have one active to make a sandbox. I'm not sure what went wrong but some experienced Wikipedian's never create a userpage for themselves. The just do a redirect to their talk page. Most Wikipedians do create a userpage. To see my userpage, just click on my name in my signature.

Wikipedians who can read and write in multiple languages are especially valued. Please consider adding the following to your userpage:

{{Userboxtop|Uzi Oz-Pharaoh עוזי אוז |right}} {{User hr}} {{User he-4}} {{User en-2}} {{Userboxbottom}}

or use

. You can try both. After you paste one or the other into your userpage, use the preview button to see how it looks. Save it if you like but be aware that saving those will automatically list you in categories that show that you use those languages. If you prefer more privacy, there is now requirement that you reveal what languages that you speak. You can read more at WP:BABEL.

Don't worry. I sometimes get busy for a day or two but I won't abandon you. For now, take care, DocTree (ʞlɐʇ·ʇuoɔ) WER 02:44, 1 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

@Hi DocTree

Thnx a lot for your kind reply! I will do as you suggested and will come back with a results. Until then sincerely, Uzi Oz-Pharaoh עוזי אוז -UziOz (talk) 09:42, 1 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

@Hello DocTree,

I completed about 80% of the page "David Strossmayer" and as soon as I have complete draft we can start to make a "cosmetics" on it. Also I added Serbian as another language I am fluent in,because in my time we have been speaking Croato-Serbian in Croatia, while learning from the second grade to read and write Cyrillic letters, and Serbians spoke Serbo-Croatian while they had to accomplish their knowledge in Latin letters. So now slowly I am learning the tricks here in Wikipedia. One more issue. I'd like to make informative page about "Scientific Kabbalah" and I wish to know how can I create second article under my user name? Thnx in advance 4 UR time! Sincerely, Uzi Oz- Pharaoh- עוזי אוז (talk) 00:04, 2 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi again. Look at my sandbox. My sandbox is just an index to all of my other projects. To make yours useful for more projects, you can type in or just click on:
User:UziOz/sandbox/David Strossmayer draft
User:UziOz/sandbox/Scientific Kabbalah
Cut and paste what you wrote about Strossmayer into your new sandbox sub-page. When you click on the red Scientific Kabbalah page, you can start by just putting in notes about reliable sources of information for writing that article. Next, copy the two pagenames above (whcih will turn blue after you put something into them) into your base sandbox page so you can easily find them and go to them with one click on the page name. When you want to work on writing another article, just type in [[User:UziOz/sandbox/whatever-name-you-want-to-use on your sandbox page and save the sandbox page. The result will be a redlink. When you click on that redlink, you will go to a blank page for your next project.
@Hi DocTree,

Me again :-) I saw all pages of the architects and they look more like a CV than a story about architects and their life,families, hobbies etc. This is not what I want for my page since I am talking about extraordinary personality with various interests who proved himself in many different areas of life, which I want to present all as interesting story, rather than CV or PRO WEB PAGE. I like page of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Kroyanker but that is the format I wish to follow up, as it is the page of Sarah Silverman! I have all pictures in order, if it is about his intarsia, his projects, his book, personal photo, Israeli Tippler's record...whatever we need to make it master piece! Sincerely, Uzi Oz- Pharaoh- עוזי אוז (talk) 00:24, 2 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Uzi Oz, Wikipedia is an encyclopedia. There is a long page of what Wikipedia is not at WP:NOT. It is not a place where you can write a story including family history and hobbies. You can not WP:OWN a Wikipedia article. Anyone can edit any article as long as they follow Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.
At this time, your most important task is to find reliable sources that are independent of David Strossmayer that include significant coverage of him and his work. Find articles about him in magazines, major newspapers and scholarly journals. Find television features or documentaries about him and his work. To have an article in Wikipedia, Strossmayer must be notable and the information must be verifiable. The notability guidelines for people are detailed at WP:BIO. Unless you find published articles about Strossmayer to establish his notability, any article that you write about him will be quickly deleted. I can and will show you how to format articles and I can and will help you find and understand Wikipedia policies and guidelines. But I can't show that David Strossmayer is notable enough to be in Wikipedia. To have your article moved to the main part of Wikipedia, you have to show Strossmayer's notability as detailed in Wikipedia policies and guidelines.
I don't want you to waste time and effort if Strossmayer is not notable enough for a Wikipedia article. In all of the references you list, I don't see one that would establish notability. Mentions about books are not enough. We can fix the formatting and grammar but I don't know if we can make an acceptable article.
For now, take care, DocTree (ʞlɐʇ·ʇuoɔ) WER 04:48, 2 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Your draft article, Draft:Scientific Kabbalah[edit]

Hello, UziOz. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Scientific Kabbalah".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. JMHamo (talk) 09:02, 6 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
