I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Again, welcome! Stardust8212 16:51, 27 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I changed your edits to Cathay Pacific Cargo to be a redirect to Cathay Pacific as that seemed to be your intention. Sorry if this was not the intended result. Stardust8212 16:51, 27 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Please use redirects

[edit]

Please see Wikipedia:Redirect for information about producing redirects. These are preferred to "See such and such", as they automatically take the user to the correct page. — Tivedshambo (talk) 17:16, 30 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

TUIfly nordic

[edit]

Thank you for experimenting with Wikipedia by creating the page TUIfly nordic. Your test worked, and the page that you created has been or soon will be deleted. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. --ArmadilloFromHell 03:56, 31 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not re-create a page which consists only of a link. This will be deleted. As suggested, please refer to the guidance on creating "redirect pages" before creating articles intended to redirect to another page. Thanks. Tonywalton  | Talk 13:07, 8 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Suvarnabhumi Airport

[edit]

I revised the section of airlines in Suvarnabhumi Airport, because of the incorrect format and I hope you won't change it. Thanks for understanding. -chris 04:59, 10 November 2006 (UTC)^_^[reply]

WikiProject Airports

[edit]

Greetings! While reviewing the assessment change log for Wikipedia:WikiProject Airports, I noticed that you created the article Mae Hong Son Airport. You contribution to improving Wikipedia's collection of airport articles is greatly appreciated. If at all interested, I'd like to extend an invitation to join the project. You can join by simply adding your name to the list of participants. If not interested, please disregard this message. Thanks! thadius856talk|airports|neutrality 04:55, 10 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Deletion

[edit]

I recently nominated List of Destinations to/from all Thailand airports for deletion, and noticed that you removed the tag for its nomination without discussing or explaining why you did so. If you have any objections, please clearly state them in the talk section of the page. The page was not updated sufficiently, as there are still inaccurate destinations listed. This same information is also listed in each respective airport page, and is therefore redundant.Gittinsj 20:24, 26 February 2007 (UTC)gittinsj[reply]

I have nominated this article for deletion. Please see Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of Destinations to/from all Thailand airports if you wish to weigh in on the debate. DB (talk) 03:25, 3 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edit to List of Destinations to/from all Thailand airports (diff) was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to recognize and repair vandalism to Wikipedia articles. If the bot reverted a legitimate edit, please accept my humble creator's apologies – if you bring it to the attention of the bot's owner, we may be able to improve its behavior. Blanking warning

[edit]

Please do not delete content from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to One-Two-GO Airlines. Your edits do not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use Wikipedia:Sandbox for test edits. Thank you. AKRadeckiSpeaketh 16:24, 28 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop

[edit]

Please stop removing content from One-Two-GO Airlines and replacing it with a redlink. If you wish to propose a split of the article, the use the proper template to propose a split and put it up for discussion first. At this point, there is no valid reason for a split. Consider this a "deletion 3" level warning, further action will be considered vandalism and might lead to a block. AKRadeckiSpeaketh 16:32, 28 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:KBV airport.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:KBV airport.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. Image Copyright problem
Image Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading Image:HatYai airport.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 12:52, 10 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (Image:KBV airport.jpg)

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:KBV airport.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 06:55, 12 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Possibly unfree Image:Krabi_INTL_Airport.jpg

[edit]

An image that you uploaded or altered, Image:Krabi_INTL_Airport.jpg, has been listed at Wikipedia:Possibly unfree images because its copyright status is disputed. If the image's copyright status cannot be verified, it may be deleted. You may find more information on the image description page. You are welcome to add comments to its entry at the discussion if you are interested in it not being deleted. Thank you. Jusjih (talk) 21:45, 16 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Sister cities and provinces

[edit]

You added sister cities to two Thai provinces - but are you really sure it's the provinces which are sistered? There are also towns of the same name, which would be more natural, as the provinces are quite large. andy (talk) 20:35, 29 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

VAIO HK (talk) 13:29, 30 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Sorrz, my Thai is not yet good enough to fully understand. My question is simply - is it จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ or เทศบาลนครเชียงใหม่, and จังหวัดขอนแก่น or เทศบาลนครขอนแก่น? andy (talk) 21:04, 30 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

จังหวัดครับ VAIO HK (talk) 04:31, 1 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

A drafted new version of the Manual of Style for Thailand-related articles has been started here. Still at issue are specific naming conventions for Thai royals and nobles and settlements. As a member of WikiProject Thailand, you are welcome to contribute to the discussion at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Thailand#Updating the Manual of Style (part 2). An exciting opportunity to get involved!

[edit]

As a member of the Aviation WikiProject or one of its subprojects, you may be interested in testing your skills in the Aviation Contest! I created this contest, not to pit editor against editor, but to promote article improvement and project participation and camraderie. Hopefully you will agree with its usefulness. Sign up here, read up on the rules here, and discuss the contest here. The first round of the contest may not start until September 1st-unless a large number of editors signup and are ready to compete immediately! Since this contest is just beginning, please give feedback here, or let me know what you think on my talkpage. - Trevor MacInnis contribs 05:57, 23 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Asian 10,000 Challenge invite

[edit]

Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Asia/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge and Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like South East Asia, Japan/China or India etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. At some stage we hope to run some contests to benefit Asian content, a destubathon perhaps, aimed at reducing the stub count would be a good place to start, based on the current Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon which has produced near 200 articles in just three days. If you would like to see this happening for Asia, and see potential in this attracting more interest and editors for the country/countries you work on please sign up and being contributing to the challenge! This is a way we can target every country of Asia, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant! Thank you. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 04:52, 21 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
