re your question about downloading articles, I'm not sure what you are wanting to do, most articles can be found by using the search box on the left, as with any encyclopedia, you should search using the most likely words, for example, if you wished to know about Sir Walter Raleigh, you would type Walter Raleigh and click the 'go' button this would take you to the article about him, if you typed Raleigh, you would get an article on Raleigh, North Carolina.
