IP address blocked

A range of IP address from which I used to edit has been blocked. I admit once again that I used multiple accounts.

Was I involved in vandalism ?

In my initial days of joining wikipidea, I had some edit conflicts. So I should have discussed them on talk page. But at that time I was unaware about the concept of discussing and solving problems in talk page of different articles. That is the reason I couldn't solve those edit conflicts. But that is my fault and I feel sorry for that. Though later on, I learnt how to discuss the issues on talk pages.

Why was I 'permanently' banned first time in sock-puppetry allegations ?

I admit that I used three profiles in the initial phase (Iamtrhino, Desijatt and Arinjatt). The reason I used multiple accounts earlier (one month earlier) was that I was unaware about the sockpuppet rules of wikipidea. But without being warned for that, I was permanently banned.

I was warned of edit conflicts earlier, but I was never warned for sock-puppetry. I was permanently banned staraight forward. I saw another case of User:Mughal Lohar. He was also found involved in sock-puppetry, but he was blocked for just one day. (See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Mughal_Lohar#Blocked) Then why was I blocked permanently?

Why did I create more accounts ?

When I was banned first time for sock-puppetry, I decided that I will not make more accounts. But the incompleteness of some wikipidea articles and continuous vandalism by some members like User:Mughal Lohar forced me to make further accounts. Again I apologise for that. But when I tried to defend me on talk page, my talk page was also blocked.

Once, I was banned for my edits in Aurangzeb article. I was banned by an adminstrator who gave reason- "Continous vandalism by sock-puppet." However an admin- User:Dougweller later on found that my edits were quite neutral, while those of User:Mughal Lohar were full of vandalism. So Dougweller reverted edits by Mughal Lohar. But after a few days, Mughal Lohar came back and started editting the article again. Later on, he was banned. But his edits were not reverted.

Why IP address has been blocked ??

I edit wikipidea articles from an internet cafe in which there are 25 computers. The admin has blocked the entire range of IP address, thereby blocking the entire internet cafe. However apart from me, there are other people who edit wiki articles from the cafe. Please visit this page, here is a list of acounts which have been blocked claiming that they are sock-puppets of mine : (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Wikipedia_sockpuppets_of_Iamtrhino).

I admit that most of them were mine sock-puppets. But 3 of those profiles were not mine and they got blocked because of me. Those three are : User:RahmanImti, User:Rohit jassi and User:MichaelSchelles. These three were not mine. I didn't create them. But still they got blocked most likely because they too were created/used from the same internet cafe.

So I request the admins to unblock the range of IP address, so that other users can edit wikipidea articles.

I am extremely sorry for using multiple accounts. But now I am aware of all the rules of the Wikipidea. So I further request the admins to unblock the IP address along with one of my account User:Parvesh13 (my real name is Parvesh Kaushik), so that I too can contribute to this great world of wikipidea. I promise that :

- I will never make/use more accounts and remain a 'one-account man'.

- I will never be involved in any kind of vandalism and try my best to maintain the neutrality of the articles. Whenever there will be any edit conflict, I will solve the issue on talk page.
