A survey was distributed among employees of the company, and the study’s findings determined that participatory management should be utilized within the company. Like many studies focused on studying participatory management, it provides an applied examination on the management style.

A significant portion of the study was dedicated to analyzing the communication, arguing of claims, and reaching consensus within the LTV Aliquippa Works Labor-Management Participation Teams (LMPT) Program.
