No, regular editors such as you and I cannot delete pages. An admin assessed the page and concluded it should be deleted, and they did it. Dorsetonian (talk) 11:39, 5 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Regardless of the notability or otherwise of the subject, it was an inappropriate use of your user page. If you want to work on an article prior to publication you can use a sandbox. However, I would advise you that attempts to create this page so far have failed to show notability, and that your editing suggests you may be a sockpuppet of the blocked user Minister Joseph Lb.
