Request reason:

I have never created this account for marketing or promotional purposes. I have tried to create an article on a company that is working in India. My aim was to create presence of company profile on wikipedia. My intention was not advertising or promotion. I will use the account according to policy and regulations of wikipedia. So, it is my request to please unblock my wikipedia account.

Actually, on reflection, this username is permissible (it falls under the "Mark at WidgetsUSA" proviso), but that doesn't change the fact that you are using Wikipedia as an SEO platform for your clients, which we absolutely do not allow. You will not be unblocked as long as we believe you have any intention to edit Wikipedia in your professional capacity.
