Speedy deletion nomination of ICOI

[edit]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on ICOI requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), web content or organised event, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that your page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. XapApp (talk) 06:25, 12 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

User:Phil Bridger declined my Speedy Deletion nomination saying ""international congress" is an indication of importance/significance, a lower standard than notability". :) I'm fine with that and I'd like to apologize to you if my speedy nomination caused you any trouble. The article could use some improvement, a major thing needed is reliable sources. Happy editing! :) XapApp (talk) 01:58, 17 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi

[edit]

If no one reviews Itachi Uchiha, I will review it. I noticed there are many issues with the article from a quick check. You can refer to Talk:Saitō Hajime (Rurouni Kenshin)/GA2 which had similar issues with the article. DragonZero (Talk · Contribs) 17:21, 3 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi and thanks for telling that. I'm looking at Talk:Saitō Hajime (Rurouni Kenshin)/GA2 but I'm not able to figure out whats wrong. I'll look again and again and will try to fix the issues.

Well if you can't see it, I'll be more specific if I'm the one reviewing it. Don't forget to sign your comments with ~~~~. DragonZero (Talk · Contribs) 04:38, 4 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

If you are going to solve the issues, you need to reply at the nominations. DragonZero (Talk · Contribs) 04:56, 17 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not cross off the issues since that is the reviewer's decision if the issue has been fixed or not. Also, what is your progress on the plot rewrite? If you're having difficulty, I can refer someone else to do it. DragonZero (Talk · Contribs) 02:48, 19 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I have been busy lately. I will, for sure finish the rewrite in next 24hrs. Vikipedian talk stalk 15:26, 20 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
