FSMK

"Free Software Movement Karnataka is based out of India and not Norway". With all due respect, that is completely irrelevant. The only thing that's relevant is whether people looking for the term "FSMK" might be trying to find a different article. How the two articles relate to each other (usually not at all) is beside the point. The target of the notice I added is a well known Norwegian military band that is commonly referred to by the initialism "FSMK" (both in Norway and outside of it). Thus, people might try to look for the article about them by that initialism.

BTW, I will also point out that the exact phrases "Free Software Movement Karnataka" and "Free Software Movement of Karnataka" both return far fewer Google hits than "Forsvarets stabsmusikkorps", which suggests that Free Software Movement Karnataka might not even be the appropriate target for the FSMK redirect in the first place. But I won't pursue that line of reasoning any further. A redirect notice is sufficient. Please undo your revert. - dcljr (talk) 08:48, 22 December 2022 (UTC)
